Chelsea Maldonado, President
Chelsea is our President and started the company in 2022. Her mission is to develop the business into a long-lasting and impactful business for her community. She has also spent the last 5 years on the MetroHealth Campus managing the DEI and LCP Tracker programs as well as helping facilitate their community outreach events. Chelsea is currently working with the Discovery Builders Team at Case Western Reserve. She has previously worked on 2 GCRTA Renovation projects.
She is a proud 2017 graduate of Ohio University. She resides in Fairview Park, Ohio with her boyfriend Sean and French bulldog Alfi.
Adrian Maldonado, Vice President
Adrian serves as our Vice President. He brings 45 years of construction experience and has worked on the area's biggest projects. Adrian has endless connections and experience working with the world's largest constructors.

Adrian is married to his wife Laurie, and has 4 daughters Monica, Holly, Erin and Chelsea.
